This public website

• We collect nothing. The public pages — the landing page and the calculators — have no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
• Values you type into a public calculator are computed in your browser and are not sent to or stored on our servers.
• One preference (your light/dark theme) is kept in your own browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.
• If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms — please don’t send patient-identifying details there.

The Pêl clinic platform

Clinics that run Pêl keep patient records in the platform. Those records belong to the clinic and are processed under the written agreement between Pêl and each clinic. By design:

• Identity is stored apart from clinical data. Names and phone numbers live in a separate identity store, joined to the clinical record only by an internal identifier.
• Each clinic’s records are isolated. A clinic sees its own records. Cross-clinic sharing is limited, and a clinic can switch it off entirely.
• Access is controlled and audited. Staff sign in with per-person accounts; actions are logged.
• Research uses only de-identified data, with consent. A patient’s record carries a research-consent field from the first visit; research exports exclude names, contact details and identifiers, and require the patient’s recorded consent. Saying no never affects care.
• Confidentiality is a professional duty. The clinicians using Pêl are bound by medical confidentiality; our platform is built so the system enforces what the duty requires.
